✨ 1. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation needed.

Once you notify us, you’ll have another 14 days to return the item.

  • Items must be unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.

đź’« 2. Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, don’t worry — we’ll make it right. 🌸

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request:

  • A free replacement; or

  • A full refund, including shipping costs.

In these cases, we’ll cover all return shipping fees. 💌

đź’• 3. Exchanges for size or style

We understand — sometimes a size doesn’t fit perfectly, or you simply change your mind about the style. And that’s okay!

We happily accept exchanges for a different size, colour, or item (of equal value) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn and has all original tags attached;

  • The packaging is intact.

đźš« 4. Items not eligible for return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Lingerie or underwear;

  • Swimwear with the hygiene seal removed;

  • Personalised or custom-made items;

  • Sale or “Final Chance” items.

⏰ 5. Refund timeline

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 working days.
The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is completed. ✨

🌍 6. International orders

For customers outside the UK:

  • Delivery and return times may vary depending on location.

  • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
